Take jujube wood as fuel, carefully roast by the Old Beijing heritage roast duck master . The skin is crispy and melts in your mouth and the meat is tender. Duck skin together with meat, has clear layers, and the lotus leaf handmade cake is tasty and sweet and thin as cicada wings, wrapped with duck meat/scallion/sweet sauce, leading to rich taste, and distinct layers.
